Grove & Garden
10 hectares, one ecosystem.
Nourishing the land and its community on a historic grove in Spetses.
The Vision
Growing what belongs here.
Amygdaliá is a regenerative Mediterranean grove on the Greek island of Spetses, restoring olives and bringing native almonds back into cultivation, alongside a living food and wild herb garden, all under one, multi-species roof.
At its core, Amygdaliá is about what belongs to this place, rooted in its edible heritage and the ways of working with nature that once sustained island life, made fit for the demands of today.
Our vision is a resilient, local food system shaped by the land and its people—one that creates lasting opportunity and deepens our connection to what we grow and how we eat.
RESTORE. NOURISH. PASS IT ON.
Our Roots
Stewardship
We're restoring the grove one tree at a time. Centred around olives and Spetses native almonds, the grove is both a productive landscape and a long-term commitment to soil health, biodiversity and ecological recovery.
Produce
We grow what thrives here. Seasonal fruits, vegetables and wild herbs suited to the Mediterranean climate, grown entirely without pesticides. Our aim is to bring locally-grown food back into island homes and local businesses.
Education
We’re an outdoor classroom. Through workshops and school partnerships, we provide skills in regenerative agriculture, land stewardship and cooking with the seasons, creating opportunities for the next generation to reconnect with the island’s edible heritage.

WHO WE ARE
Two friends, cultivating a more resilient future.
Amygdaliá started with a question: what could this land become if restored slowly, thoughtfully and in service of the island and its people?

Lucy Panou
Spetses-raised, Lucy shapes Amygdaliá’s produce and narrative through food as a lens, with a passion for baking and wheat flour, drawing on a background in UK brands and FMCG retail.

Lucie Odier
Brought up between mountains and sea, Lucie cultivates the dialogue between culture, land, and collective wellbeing. She oversees how social and biocultural ecosystems shape coexistence, resilience, and renewal.
